Welcome to my listing of my beloved Classic Mini Mayfair. br>
We bought this little car for my step daughter's first car knowing that it would need a little work for an MOT after being sat on a drive for 18 months. bought the car. started work on it and it then become an obsession. I then spent the next
two year and quite a bit of money fully striping the whole car down a rebuilding with fully refurbished part. new parts and alot of attention to detail. Guess what. step daughter didnt get the car. bought her a Peugeot 106 instead.

Now its time to sell this perfect example of British Classic to someone else who would love to own him. yes its a him he's called MAX

Engine Bay
Engine was completely stripped down and fully rebuilt. Checked for any wear and tear and and painted in original green paint as the day it was built. Parts fitted during the rebuild
New rings and rehoned bores Completly new gaskets Valve stem seals. recut valves New CV boots Timing chain and tensioner Water pump Themostat Radiator and cap Hoses Coil Plugs. leads and cap Electronic ignition Choke cable Accelerator cable Exhaust system. New battery All non hot parts were sandblasted and powder coated in black.
Interior.
All rust areas repaired and removed all the old panel sealer. resealed. acid etched primer and floor pan sealed in body coat.   Rebuilt with the following
New headlining with new sound proofing. Complete set of seat covers. stripped seats down. power coated frame in white and using old foam rebuilt seats. New moulded fitted carpets pressed on original presses from old. Floor sound proofing Recovered top and bottom dash bars. Using original clocks installed in more modern layout. Rear speaker card recovered Alloy door openers. winders and lock New door cards to match seats. Some switches changed (worn switch fronts) New wiper arm. Steering wheel. New heater matrix
New inertia front seat belts
Heater box sandblasted and powercoated in white to fit colour scheme.
Exterior
New sills on both sides New front wings. front panel. scuttle panel. bonnet. Cross hair halagon conversion headlights New front indicators and fog light New wing mirrors Wiper arms and blades. washers Front grill Original lucas spot lights refitted. New door. boot and rear side window seals New door window trims New front and rear bumpers Minilite wheels refurbished in silver Wheel arch kit colour coded to white with black trim. Sill trim in black. Factory fitted sunroof 
Running stock
Front Original front subframe sandblasted and powder coated. New subframe mounts New engine mounts New front calipers and discs Pads and fitting kit Wheel bearing Hydralic pipes and fittings. Ball joints. Shock absorbers All other metal work sandblasted and powder coated.
Rear New sub frame repowered coated New bearings Brake cylinders Shoes and fitting kit Hydralic pipes Hand brake cable Shock absorbers. Swing arm seals Swingarm and metal work sand blasted and powder coated.
