Totally stunning 1959 Ford Zephyr 2. 6 Low-Line Mark 2 Part of the Hawthorn Heritage collection (see pic 12)This car is part of a private collection and has been totally pampered. it has been in a dehumidified garage for the last 8 years and only brought out for MOT and show purposes. Highly original interior and stunning coachwork. The chrome is like new. the engine bay is beautifully detailed and it drives like the day it left Dagenham!. I have a written valuation from an auction house from 1997 so some 17 years ago and it was then valued at £8000 and as we all know the classic car market is much stronger now than it was then. I can only describe this car as near perfect. the underneath is totally solid and the pictures do not do it justice. Lovely period extras include whitewall tyres. metal sun visor. hunting lamp and even a "retro nodding dog on the rear parcel shelf"The winning bidder is required to pay a £300 paypal deposit and contact me with your details within 24 hours of winning the auction and collection and payment in full within 5 days unless prior arrangements have been made.
