This all original extremely low mileage 1965 Chevrolet Chevy II is available in our Louisville KY showroom. The Chevy II Nova is one of the most used platforms in the hotrod scene since its inception in 1962. An inexpensive lightweight car with a rather large opening under the hood made this the perfect car to drop a huge motor in and go racing. So when this Chevy II pulled up and the owner popped the hood I was in shock to see the all original 194 cubic inch inline 6 cylinder engine. Very clean with everything original minus the new carb the inline 6 cylinder is as quiet as the day it left the line. With the new fuel pump. gas tank. and sending unit this 65 Nova is ready to run. The 3 owner car only has 31415 original miles making this one of the lowest miles Nova's I have seen. The paint looks great and shows extremely nicely with a good shine and smooth finish this little Chevy II is ready for the car show scene. This original Tennessee car was always garage kept and never driven in the rain which can be verified by how clean the underneath is. Open the door and the all original interior is in unbelievable condition for a 51 year old car. The front bench seat is comfortable and when you sit in it takes you back a different time. The power glide transmission is controlled by the column shift which feels great with firm and positive upshifts. If you have been looking for an all original Chevy to take car shows or a great platform to install a pepped up V 8 this would make a great candidate in any case.
