1981 DATSUN 280 ZX - Rare 2 seater manual for sale

Hi everyone.
Here for sale is my RARE Datsun 280 zx. It is a 1981 model. What makes this special is that it is the 2 seater and it is manual transmission! Normally these are found as the 2+2 auto. not the 2 seat manual like this.
I bought this car as a project. but realised I do not have the space or time. my garage is too small and I have a house to renovate too. so this car will sadly have to go.
So. some details on the car.
The body work is all repairable in my opinion. I can't see any part of it that is too far gone. The rear arches will need some attention. the front are good. The boot is good. as is the bonnet. The front valance needs some attention. as does the roof on the drivers side (that is the worst part of the body). there is a hole probably 2-4 inch long which will need cutting out and remaking.
Under-side seems ok considering its age. The drivers side running board needs welding up. as do a few other patches. but it is nothing you can't do pretty easily yourself if you can weld.
The doors both open and close nicely. there is no deflection in the body work.
Engine is very nice. No emulsion in the cover or in the radiator and looks very clean. No rot in the engine bay.
Exhaust is shot. you will need a new one.
We hooked it up to a battery and she turned over great (after checking oil etc). The fuel pump. or perhaps the relay is shot so it wont fire. but everything else works fine. electric windows etc.
In the boot there is the optional spare wheel which is in the original cover. All fabrics are fantastic. as are the plastics. no sun fade. There has been no water ingress inside due to being dry stored. I lifted the boot carpet to check the fuel sender unit and it looks as good as new under there.
As I say. It is the rare 2 seater manual so really not many around (16 on the road I think). Not like the 2+2.
Currently on SORN so will need a trailer to take away. It comes with all manuals too.
I think this will be a great car without much effort or cost.
