I KNOW I MISSING ALOT BUT HERE IT GOES. ONE OFF BEAUTIFUL 78 C-10 PRO STREET STEP-SIDE. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS TRUCK IS AMAZING!!!!!! SHOW QUALITY PAINT. SUSPENSION WORK. FLAWLESS INTERIOR. ENGINE BAY. ETC!!!!!!!
1978 Chevy C-10 Pro Street with a freshly built 396 big block engine. PAINT LOOKS LIKE GLASS!!!!!! NO dings. dents. scratches. etc. Interior is the same way. No cracks in the dash. Nasty old carpet. Tears in the seats. NOTHING. I SHOWED 5-6 PICTURES UNDERNEATH THIS TRUCK. ALL BODY MOUNTS. BUSHINGS. ETC ARE NEW. FRAME DOESN'T HAVE FIRST SIGN OF AGE OR RUST. BRAND NEW FRONT DISC BRAKES.
The truck had been in climate controlled storage for the last 2 years! Rear 33/21. 50/15 Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires are in excellent shape. WELD REAR wheels are BRAND new. front wheels are NEW & American Racing Torque Thrust II's. New weather stripping. glass. New transmission was rebuilt and new Holley 750 Double Pumper Carburetor. Polished Valve covers. Billet timing cover. Long tube ceramic coated Headers. Side exit exhaust in front of the rear tire. Polished Intake. MSD Wires & distributor. Hurst Quarter Stick Shifter.
The factory radio as well as a new speedo cable installed. Power steering belt is on now & new pump. This is a way cool truck if you like attention thumbs up when I'm cruising around!
Back halfed Ladder Bar w/ Narrowed rear End & big 15 x 15 wheels & 33 x 21. 50 x 15 tires. NEWLY BUILT reverse Manual Valve Body. Transmission & Motor has VERY Low hours. I took pics underneath. FRAME is phenomenal. Newly installed wooden bed. PAINT IS BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!! Posi Rearend this truck is IMMACULATE shape to be 40 years old.
I would drive this truck anywhere or take it to any car show as is!!! The truck fires right off & doesn't flutter out. etc. No missing. sputtering. etc. This truck was built to be a driver & DOES NOT OVER HEAT. can be driven in town stop light to stop light or a 300 mile trip. Runs on 93 pump gas.
