The AW 11 MR 2 is known for being lightweight. nimble and a blast to drive. This 1989 Toyota MR 2 Supercharged is an all original example with just 50 k miles. The body is in good condition with no major dents or dings. Although the paint looks more like a matte finish due to its age.
Appearance wise everything has been kept 100% stock and original.
The interior is in good condition. but has some flaws that need to be fixed Passenger side seat has some ware and tear on the seat. It includes a center console bezel will need to be re upholstered. The door panels share the same materials and are in great shape. All trim pieces are present and controls are functional.
Mechanically this MR 2 is sound and provides a great driving experience.
The supercharged 4 agze engine starts right away and is quick under acceleration. The stronger C 52 gearbox shifts smoothly and the clutch shows no signs of slipping. The braking system provides plenty of stopping power thanks to the twin piston front caliper and an upgraded top mount inter-cooler system.
