1955 Chevrolet Belair 4 door LHD. with a heap of new parts ready for restoration. ( Note: This car has no motor or gearbox - it is a ROLLER only)
I originally purchased the car as a complete roller & have stripped it ready for its restoration. It was running a 283 before I purchased the car.
As per the photos attached the car has had a quick hit of undercoat only to seal the body. this car is not ready for paint. it had minimal rust for its age in which it was cut out and welded up. The car still has a few minor dents on the doors etc which will require panel beating.
The interior is all there. seats are in fair condition (will require to be re-upholstered) & door trims etc I have only kept for templates to have new ones made as the original ones are very deteriated. Will require new glass in the car.
All stainless trimmings are still in good condition. may require a polish though. Front/rear bumpers & the grill require attention. a lot of pitting & surface rust.
I have also purchased from the states a heap of new parts. full rubber kit (Doors. boot & front/rear screen). felt kit. head light. parker light & tail light assembly's. all badges for the car (Inc hood bird). door handles (Exterior& Interior). scuff plates. door mirrors. interior light & striker switches. windscreen wiper assembly. stainless moulding clip set. spring & shim kit for interior handles. Door sill plates. disk brake kit (purchased in Australia)
Import approval paperwork also available.
