RHD VW Baywindow Type 2 Devon 1974 - 1 Year MOT for sale

Decided to sell my 1973 Devon Baywindow due to too many projects. She's registered '74 and hasn't had the log book changed to historic yet for free tax (can be done easily) as the vehicle has been without an MOT for 2 years. She passed the MOT today so can be insured. taxed and driven away.

Engine has been rebuilt with new Pistons. barrels. standard cam. German quality lifters. steel back main bearings. cam & big end bearings. replaced VW crank. replaced VW rods. and only has 10 miles on it (MOT and back) - Induction system is a progressive carb that needs slightly tuning as its running too rich.

Custom interior was cut and made by the previous owner. needs slight finishing on some edges here and there but lovely throughout. Narrowed rock and roll bed. Vertical pop-top. 240v mini fridge. gas powered hob. hammocks. cupboards and buddy seat.

Empi 5 (polished) wheels with good tread all round as well as a unused spare Empi 5 with a brand new tyre in the spare wheel well.

Usual rust spots are apparent but not too bad. Photos show the majority of the patches. Window frames appear to be pretty solid.

The shift bushes will be required to be changed at some point as the van will like to select reverse sometimes instead of 2nd. I have attempted to adjust the shifter plate but it still appears to be an issue.

A few spares are also included with the van.
