VOLKSWAGEN 1200cc Beetle, fully restored low mileage classic for sale

I am selling my classic 1200cc Volkswagen Beetle. 1971 model in Marine Blue. It comes with the original instruction manual. service record and a wealth of documented history.

The external bodywork was professionally restored and re-sprayed in 2015 whilst the interior is original. with upholstery and paintwork in excellent condition for a vehicle of this age.  The window rubbers and door seals are all excellent. providing a watertight seal. It has an original Blaukpunt medium wave/long wave radio and front and rear seatbelts. It has been recently fitted with new carpeting and has the original floor mats.  

The service book has stamps from 1971-79. and other receipts and service documents show regular servicing and maintenance from 1979-1991.

MOT certificates are included for the years 1974. 1975. 976. 1977. 1983. 1991. 2015 and 2016.

The vehicle was garaged between 1991-2015 ( under previous ownership) and a search of DVLA records shows the car was not road taxed during that period.

Mileage:  documentation shows recorded mileage from new of 44. 00 miles.

The car comes with five excellent radial ply tyres with generous tread depths. and chrome VW hubcaps. The aircooled engine is in great shape. and benefits from a recent service and tuning.

Original tool roll and vehicle jack in the luggage compartment.
