I Recently Noticed a Problem with the Odometer. It has Only Happened Twice. Starting this Spring. During a Couple of Short Trips. I Realized the Odometer and Trip Meter were Not Moving. The Very Next Time I Drove it. the Odometer and Trip Meter were Working Just Fine. This Affects the Odometer Reading Less than 100 Miles. as it has not been Driven Much thus Far this Year. This is a New Problem and I am Told that it is Normal. I was Also Told by my Mercedes Guy that it isn't Worth Fixing Because the Parts are Rare and Expensive.
I have Paperwork for Extensive Restorations and Improvements. All Done with Star Motors (Mercedes-Benz Dealer) Over the Past 20 Years that I've Owned it.
