1991 Classic Mini Mayfair Immaculate Original for sale

Up for sale is my Mini Mayfair. It's a H-reg and we bought it back in 2013.
It was a local car to Oxford. with 1 previous old lady owner. It has only covered just under 40. 00 miles in its 25 years. The car is in flame red and the paintwork is immaculate. the only rust spot is a small patch of surface rust (50 p sized) under the drivers headlight. The car has been dry stored all its life and the underside is seriously clean. The sills. floors. valances are completely solid. Before it was put on the road in 2014 as my first car. the car received new brake components. pads. discs. shoes. etc. The car sits on newly refurbished Rover minilite wheels and brand new tires. and group 2 narrow arches were added and painted up professionally. The front seats have always had covers on them and the rears have barely been sat on.
The car drives great and runs spot on. has always started first turn of the key. even after sitting for 6 months and was tuned by Minispeed. I did various mini shows and events with it and it never missed a beat. It's completely original and would be perfect as a first car or something someone could turn into their own. I have a fair amount of service history. receipts. etc. The car is still MOT'd until September this year.
