Just in from sunny California. an absolutely gorgeous rust free Mustang V8 coupe automatic.
There is absolutely no rust what so ever. the floor pans are immaculate and original.

It is a highly optioned car with Pony interior and power steering.
Finished in code V 'Emberglo' gold metallic with code F4 Parchment Luxury Pony interior.
This car has never ever been restored. it wears its original paint and although showing its age in places where its a bit faded. chipped. and polished through etc looks absolutely gorgeous.
For sure it would be a crime to repaint this gorgeous Mustang. at 50 years old it looks simply stunning.
The interior has never been restored either. it is almost like the day it left the showroom.
So now to the mileage. it shows 11. 90. so naturally i assumed 111. 00. but the guy i bought the car from insists its genuine . so i thought. yeah right!
But now i've driven the car i'm starting to wonder. it is without a doubt the nicest Mustang i have ever driven. it feels so 'tight' in every way. how the doors shut. how everything feels 'so right'.
This is how a Mustang must have felt when driven out of the showroom !!!
Even the tyres are a matching set of original factory equipment ER78-14 Steel/Glas Belted 'Tiger Paws'. i've not seen these around for 40 years or more.
I was told the car was just a weekend toy until the original owner passed away. since then it has been in long term storage until just recently when it has been lightly recommissioned.
I will continue to try and find more of the car's history. but until then its a question of guessing whether the mileage is correct or not.
Duties have been paid and NOVA declared. once the car has been MOT'd it will soon be ready for UK registration. an easy process and one with which i am more than happy to help out with.
Alternatively. once a deposit has been received. i can register the car myself. fit UK plates. and supply a UK V5 all inclusive in the price !!!
I have the car booked in for an Mot next week and will post the results when i have them.
