Hello and welcome to my auction for this amazing car a 1970 boss 302.
This will be a simple auction with no fancy banners or advertising as I am the private owner of this car so lets begin.
The cars history:
The car was purchased by my late father I believe in the summer of 1996 in St. Catharines. Ontario. Canada and since then its been in our family.   Other then that I honestly do not have much more information about the car because this car was my fathers secret project and baby and that was it period.   The car was restored to where he wanted it around the late 1990's and was a Sunday driver taking the car to local car shows and gatherings.   The car was his life.
The cars present history:
For the last two years I personally have been maintaining the car by doing the basics like keeping the gas fresh. oil changing and running the car to operating temperature and so on.  The car has always been garaged stored.   When the car left Ontario Canada a new garage was built here in Nova Scotia just for the car.
About the car interior and exterior:
Now what is exciting about this car is the color a real grabber green  ( Z code) and to top it all off the original color of the interior is Medium Ivy Green Rhino ( BG code) and this car is only 1 of three 3 Ford rolled off the line with this color combination.   The cars current interior is the black vinyl though. I am not sure why my father didn't go with the green interior maybe he didn't like the color.   The paint is in excellent condition as is the rest of the exterior body panels but some of the black paint on the rims could be touched up along with the black on the inside around the taillights.   There has been a power antenna installed on the rear quarter and the radio is an aftermarket looking one.   Interior wise everything in really good shape with a couple notes being the drivers side door interior panel has a little wear on it and the hurst shifter boot has a tear in it also I noticed a couple small burn marks on the carpet from my fathers smoking habits.   All the glass looks good the doors line up good and close properly the hood lines up good also and the boss 302 decals are the reflective type.   All the chrome looks very good
The Cars Factory equipped options and details according to the cars deluxe Marti report (included):

The Cars drivetrain:
To start I am not positive if the car has the original block from the factory so lets assume its not as for the transmission and rear end I have no information.   From my own observation there is a edelbrock intake manifold and an edelbrock carburetor currently on the engine there is also a small crack on the radiator fan protective plastic cover.   Everything else about the engine I can not give an accurate report I am not a Mustang expert like the battery is not an original style and probable a couple others parts.   The engine runs perfect and sounds like what a car like this should.   The tires are in great shape and underneath looks good typical of what a Sunday driver would be and the car looks straight as an arrow underneath also.
Final Notes:
This auction the car is being sold as is. where is. no warranty and no refunds.   I have done my best to describe this car and like any used car there will be flaws and there may or may not be something I have overlooked.   All I can tell you is that this is am awesome car the color on it is amazing that grabber green is so much nicer verses that crappy green color I see on the new mustangs and the style is a real looker.   For interested buyers south of the Canadian border please understand where this car is on the map - Sydney Mines. Nova Scotia Canada.   There is now a car ferry service from Portland Maine to Nova Scotia which would save a lot transport time.   I will also hold the car at my residence in the garage to the winning bidder for a reasonable amount of time to sort out transportation or shipping of the car. Shipping wise I can assist within reason but I must make this very clear I will not drive this car on the roads as the car is only insured under myself for theft and fire.
Payment:
First thing please do not even think about bidding on the car unless your dead serious about paying for it.   A $1000. 00 Canadian non refundable deposit is required by the auction winner within 72 hours after the auction has ended.   Full remaining payment is required 7 days after auction has ended.   Payment is made through a bank transfer (wire) or cash in person only.   Account transfer number will be provided to the winning bidder
Questions about the car:

I will do my best to answer all question and take additional pictures on a detailed area.   I also plan to put a video up on youtube maybe in the next couple days.

Thanks for looking at this amazing car and good luck to all bidders you will not be disappointed.
Cheers

Update August 9th : The intake manifold is an original boss 302 with casting number with CZ9E-9424-E with a date code of 7 / 21 / 69 stamp.   I stated there was an edelbrock intake but this is incorrect which is good news.
