Fresh built 1641cc TP with new VW OEM crankcases . New forged crank . ew  I beam conrods . New barrels / pistons / Cylinder head assemblies . New camshaft . in fact all new other than the rocker assemblies and pushrods . New 200mm flywheel and clutch kit . Crank . conrods . pistons . flywheel and clutch cover plate all dynamically balanced by SwayMarine .  Beezledub stainless merged header exhaust which sounds frickin awesome . Twin downdraft Del Ortos New petrol tank and brake master cylinder Windscreen fits into a slot cut into the windscreen frame and hood attaches vis 2 discrete allen headed screws to the windscreen frame by a custom made header rail . the rear tub trimmings are used to attach the hood at the back . Visit Whiffs trimming site to see the exceptional quality of these hoods . Bill for £1800 for the hood alone as the header rails and rear tub trim panels are individually created for each buggy . Quality bit of kit . Side/rear windows removed for a Bimini top .  SWB and 2 seats
