1978 Ferrari 308 GTS. the car has manual transmission. the car is the early desirable carburetor model. The car is metal bodied. The car has spent it's entire like in California and has obviously been looked after very carefully. the last owner owned the car for 14 years . the one before that owned it for 12 years. The car comes with a quantity of paperwork which gives a good insight to the care and attention it has received and also verifies the low mileage.

The car as you would hope for with a low mileage California car has rust free and unrepaired bodywork. the car has never had major accident damage or replacement panels. the paintwork presents very well. the interior is also excellent. the seats have recently had new leather faces simply because the originals were sun cracked [the original leather has been kept so it can be clearly seen they were not badly worn etc. ] everything else interior wise is original and very nice. The car has recently had a service including carburetor overhaul. new points. plugs and leads etc all carried out by a Ferrari specialist. it had a complete clutch at 43. 00 miles. so as you would expect it drives beautifully and performs as it should. The exhaust has been upgraded but the original [in perfect condition] is also included. The car is MOT'd and fully UK registered. service book. hand book etc are present.
