This Austin Healey with matching numbers and original valuable registration has been painstakingly restored to exact original condition over a period of two years with over £24. 00 spent to achieve this level of true perfection.
Every part is new or reconditioned. nothing has been overlooked and every detail finished to true excellence correct in every way. improving on the original specification when possible even down to the stainless steel bolts!
The body has been shot blasted (fabricated where required with original steal bonnet). fitted with new Floor Pan and subject to a total ground up restoration with no expense spared to achieve this.
Complete new leather interior new hood and frame. complete with Tonneau cover. side screens and toolkit.
Beauty is not skin deep – the original 948 cc engine has been totally rebuilt – with bench test & report ( New crank. bearings etc) and benefiting from an unleaded head.
The gearbox and all running gear have also been rebuilt and restored to better than new standards.
This car has not been on the road since 1973 when the mileage was 41. 00 (MOT's to Prove) and only one owner since then. the original log book remains with the car.
Naturally offered for sale with a new MOT (no advisories) with a mileage of 42. 00. with very comprehensive documentation of all works (invoices etc) undertaken and a list too great to detail here – personally a picture paints a thousand words wouldn't you agree?
