1985 Rolls Royce Silver Spirit for sale

1985 Rolls Royce Silver Spirit finished in Royal Blue. The interior. trimmed in Magnolia hide with Dark Blue piping. The interior benefits from a Blue leather top roll. Dark Blue carpets and matching lamb's wool over rugs. B 603 MPH was ordered by Rolls Royce official distributors. H A Fox & Co on the 23. 07. 84 as a stock order. it was to be finished in Red with matching piping and carpets. Two months later H A Fox & Co changed their order to fit with their customer's requirements. the correspondents between Rolls Royce Motors and H A Fox & Co show that the Coachwork colour was now to be finished in Royal Blue as were the carpets. over rugs and piping. The car was delivered to H A Fox & Co of Guildford on the 07. 03. 1985. six days later the car was registered to its first owner. a Gentleman from South Kensington. London sporting its private registration number ‘7 WZ'.
This Gentleman has owned the car ever since.
Having been serviced twice in 1985 by H A Fox & Co. in 1987 the Rolls Royce London Service Centre undertook the 10. 00 mile service. they serviced the car every year after that until 1999. they carried out their final service that year at 33. 87 miles.
Later that year having covered less than 1000 miles the Silver Spirit went into storage at the owners London address. Returning to the road briefly in the Spring of 2007 at 34. 89 miles the car remained in storage until 2012. In the summer of 2012 B 603 MPH was recovered from the London garage by Smith and Hunter Ltd. Kensington. They carried out the necessary work on the Spirit to get her back on the road after 13 years. This included. replacing the battery. replaced the tyres. removing and overhauling the carburettors. draining all fluids and replacement of rear suspension spheres.
After over a month in the workshops of Smith and Hunter Ltd and now showing 34. 32 miles the car was given a fresh MOT test certificate and delivered back to its owner. It covered just 5 miles until the next MOT in 2013.
As with the previous year the Silver Sprit was recovered from the garage and taken to Smith and Hunter for similar work as it had received the previous year. The car received its next MOT on the 17. 09. 2013 with the milometer reading 34. 37 miles. In the two years following the Spirit saw very little use. Presented in exceptional condition throughout this low mileage. one owner from new. Silver Spirit must be one of the very finest on the market.
