The P6 was launched in 1963 and won car of the year as well as many other awards for safety and design. thanks to innovative features such as all-round disc brakes and body panels which bolted to a frame like the Citroen DS. The 2000 was supplemented by the 2000TC model in 1966 which benefited from an extra 20bhp and performance figures very close to those of the 3500. introduced two years later.

This car is a 1972 Rover 2000TC in Tobacco leaf with a cream interior. The mileage is correct at just 37. 00 miles from new which is supported by an original “passport to service” stamped to 35. 00 miles in 2001 and various old MOT's. This car has been in the hands of two owners from the same family since 1990 and just two before that. the first from new until 1976 and the second from then until 1990.

The condition is excellent; no rot or bubbling on the body and the window seals have the appearance of a car that has always been garaged. Runs and drives beautifully. Interior is in good original condition. MOT until August 2016. Oil and filter and service just completed. Original hand-book and service book. Please call if more detail is required.
