With much regret I am having to sell my pride and joy classic Saab 900 convertible. I've had this is as my everyday car for two and half years and mostly use it to drive the 10 miles to and from work each day. I am now selling it because I need to drive longer distances because of work.  

Mechanically the car is in a really good condition and drives brilliantly. I've spent £1500 on it with a new alternator. battery. tyres. fuel pump. brake pads. front and rear brake hoses etc. The car comes with a lot of paper work. a service history up until around 2006 where it becomes a little patchy. The car has an MOT until October 2013. has just been serviced but as no TAX. The car has done 172k but is still going strong.

Despite three small scratches the body work is in really good given its age. The interior of the car is also in really good condition with the exception of a small break in the walnut radio surround. It seems that a previous owner may have cracked this when trying to install the stereo which is an MP3/CD/radio combination. The car also comes with a secondary radio/MP3CD play which is hooked into an amp. I never use this. There is an issue with the aerial not lowering but I have a replacement which I will sell with the car.

The electric hood works really well with no leaking issues and the material has not faded. torn or degraded.  

The car comes with some spare parts that I bought for a previous car. These are two window motors and one radio aerial.  

All in all this is a really great example of true design classic. The car is currently stored under a dust sheet in a dry barn.
