hi here we have a 1973 vw beetle standard model not a super . it has a beam axle front and drum brakes. we bought this last year off ebay as a run about and it has served us well . it is tidy and clean. no show car it had a average home paint job done on it before we bought it. i cleaned it up fitted some bumpers and fixed some switches wiring etc and got her on the road it is now due for rego and we dont need it any more so it will be unreg when sold runs out 3 /6 /15 . the car goes very well the tyres are still ok the body has some bubbles here and there comming thru and it has had some repairs over the years including the front spare wheel area which it has had a bingle and the did a very average job including the front guards . i have a pair of front guards to go with it and some rears as well and some other parts . the floor has been repaired which is normall and there is a bit in the bottom of the pillars but overall she is not bad . the interior is tidy original roof lining . eats and carpet are ok. door trims fair but still present ok . it has had a new indicator switch. hazard switch. new fuel sender . lugs points. leads. running boards and front and rear stone guards door handle guards and trunk handle guard over the time i had it and as mentioned some other spares to go with it fuel pump etc. has been a good little car but no longer needed thanks for looking
