EQUIPMENT

EXTERIOR
Finished in metallic silver with contrasting black trim. this 930 Turbo certainly looks the part. With its voluptuous flared rear arches and prominent whale tail spoiler. the car has a distinguished presence indeed.

Having spent most of its life in a dry climate. there is absolutely no corrosion to be found; even the usual 911 weak spots such as the ‘kidney bowls' are structurally sound. We understand the car had a full re-paint quite some years ago. and is now showing its age with some minor imperfections as well as some crazing to the lacquer.

INTERIOR
This 930 is equipped with the upgraded sports seats from the factory. featuring a rather nice deep bolster. The seats present remarkably well considering the mileage of the vehicle. with the only noticeable wear being very light abrasion to the driver's bolster. The black leather extends to the door cards. which are free from any scuffs or scratches.

Furthermore. the shaggy black carpet presents superbly with no signs of discolouration. and the rear seats appear to have never been sat in. The console and instrument cluster are in good order with only slight distortion to the very top of the dashboard worthy of note.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
Lifting the whale tail exposes the immense 3-litre turbocharged power plant. On close inspection all plastics and rubbers appear healthy. with all mechanical components in fine fettle. Upon first ignition. the engine starts with a purposeful roar and idles well up to temperature. The 4-speed manual gearbox feels tight and precise.

Aside from some insignificant flaking to the paint within the engine bay. there is absolutely no corrosion to be seen; the spot welds are all original suggesting the rear end has never been damaged.

WHEELS. TYRES & BRAKES
The deep dish. polished Fuchs alloy wheels finish the Porsche off beautifully. Apart from some insignificant curb marks to the outer rims. the wheels appear bright.

The 16-inch alloys are shod in a matching set of Toyo Proxes tyres. each with ample tread remaining.

HISTORY FILE
First registered on 1st January 1977. this Porsche has covered 126. 31 miles to date. Present in the history file is the original document holder along with the Service booklet. Owner's Manual. and some old photographs of the car.

Along with the current MOT certificate there are several invoices present. detailing extensive work that has been carried out on the Porsche over recent years. This includes six oil services since 2004. the most recent having been done at 125. 25 miles.

Furthermore. the car has been fully inspected by 4 Star and the underside is in fine condition with no damage or corrosion. Whilst the car drives well it would benefit from some light recommissioning to get it 100%.
