This splendid Alvis TE21 Drophead Coupe. (Car No. 27064) was first registered on 17th February 1964 and is finished in beautiful Ice Metallic Blue with a contrasting Biscuit Everflex hood and a Biscuit hide interior complemented by new Blue Wilton carpets. The car is in fabulous condition throughout and is equipped with Borg Warner automatic transmission. also having been upgraded with the addition of electronic power steering. it drives effortlessly!

Between March 1994 through to June 2010. over £70. 00 was spent on the vehicles refurbishment. mostly carried out by the number one Alvis specialists. Red Triangle (formed by ex-Alvis employees and supported by Alvis themselves). Works included a full body restoration. new convertible hood. new fitted carpets. new leather interior (carried out by an Ex-Aston Martin trimmer). new electronic power steering and a complete engine rebuild (carried out in April 2007 by an ex-Jaguar & Austin Healey Mechanic). Invoices from Red triangle. receipts and bills for all the maintenance work plus photographs of all the major work carried out are all contained in one very large file which accompanies the vehicle

Being such an outstanding example it was chosen by the BBC to feature in a prominent role in the televison series 'The Curious Gardeners' and an excellent article was also written by the esteemed motoring journalist Tony Dron for the Daily Telegraph.
