Exceptional car that has not been modified in any way other than having an original Ground Effects Body kit fitted and modern stereo head unit installed. A letter on file from the first owner states he was a GM employee living in Michigan who won the car in a company lottery in the summer of 1979. He also states that the very unusual blue paintwork was a ‘new' colour only available in 1979. The car was imported to the UK in 1989 where is was owned by the Treasurer of The Corvette Club who sold it to a gentleman in Ireland in 2004. The car was then treated to an expensive refurbishment with new paint. leather seats. exhausts. and much more work carried out resulting in a stunning. much admired. car. Removable targa roof panels come with their factory supplied protective pouches. Supplied with original owner's manual. warranty card. bill of sale as well as old MOTs from 1989-2004. Also large stack of receipts. Currently Irish registered – re-registration in the UK is straightforward – we will assist.
