Current customer rating:
Rare Lovely 1966 Plymouth Fury III. 318 Wide block V-8 with Torqueflight trnsmission - white exterior with chrome trim accented by a red stripe.
I've owned. maintained and enjoyed this car for 5 years. and she is looking for a new home!
The interior is deep red (car does need new carpets) with tuck and roll deep red and black vinyl seats which are in perfect like new condition!
Headliner in very good condition. no major tears or holes in it.
Small crack in the dash by the speaker.
Does not have the original stereo (it's a Craig that came with the car when I bought it)
The only signs of rust are 2 small dime sized spots on both the left and right rear wheel wells/fenders.
Has the matching rear fender skirts.
Upgrades include:
Front disk brakes by SSBC (Buffalo NY). addition of a dual master cylinder new read drums (car was original with drum brakes all
around and the single master cylinder. so for safety in driving to car shows. this upgrade was a must. will save you the trouble of worrying about the stopping power of the car. )
Replaced all four shocks with Monroe Sensa-tracks.
New tires all around in August 2011 - Whitewall stripe Majestic A/S brand.
Added a discrete electronic starter so she starts better when cold.
Has the 1966 Shop Manual from Plymouth (the real book. not a digital copy)
Built at Dodge Main (Hamtramck-Detroit) Have records from myself and previous owner (car came from PA)
