Beautiful 1979 MK V Collectors Series. White with Dark Blue Kasman cloth interior and white vinyl top.
Limited production series for 1979 that came in Dark blue or White. These cars cost about $7. 00 dollars more than the normal Marks and where loaded with just about all the options you could get with the exception of a power moon roof and a CB radio. This car dose not have either of these options. This very nice car was purchased originally in New Mexico and I bought it from that original owner in 2006 with just 51000 miles. As you can see I have only put on an additional 2000 miles in 8 years. This car has All of its original paint as well as the original top. and of course the most special part of a Collectors Series car. the Kasman Cloth bucket seats. Only the cars with cloth interiors got the bucket seats with the leather covered center console. The seats dash and headliner are all like new with very little ware of any kind. All the options work as they should including the A/C which blows cold as ice. This car still has all the special items that came with the Collector Series including the leather tool kit. owners manual case. umbrella. and wood grain keys. The car drives like it did when new and shifts almost without notice. The engine starts cold or hot with ease and even has its original plug wires that are stamped 1979. The water pump was replaced and the carb was gone through back in 2012. Needs nothing but a new home. $13500. Dave
