FOR SALE - A very rare Hudson Custom six touring sedan!

We are very excited to announce the arrival of this very rare classic car dating back to 1937. We had the vehicle imported from South Africa and it is currently in the process of a DVLA registration for UK road use. After some very extensive research and phone calls with the USA we believe that this is certainly the only custom six in the UK and possible Europe. Originally built in the USA. it was then shipped to South Africa. The vehicle still had the flag pole inserts when it arrived so it is highly likely this has been used for an ambassador or wealthy figure from SA.

Due to the rare nature of the item we will be accepting bids via email OR phone. The highest bid will then own this stunning classic. UK wide delivery is also available and will be included with the sale if the bid is high enough. The only comparison we have in the UK is a Hudson 8 (not custom) and this is currently at auction for £89k. Here is what we know so far about the car:

1937 Hudson Six Custom Touring Sedan (touring sedan has the larger boot)

122 inch Wheel Base (extra leg room in the rear)

212 Cubic Inch (3474cc) Straight Six Engine with Super Power Dome Head Producing 107hp

3 Speed Manual Box

Twin Spare Wheels (very rare)

Chrome Horns on the front (optional extra)

The ignition system has been upgraded to electronic ignition so it is very reliable

Has been converted to 12V Negative Earth

Interior has been redone in Vinyl

The Bodywork is Completely Original

Runs and Drives very well

The chassis and suspension underneath is excellent no rust at all due to being in a hot climate all its life.

I have included some original photos from when it was first released in the 1930's
