1956 Chrysler New Yorker 4 Door VIN: N 56 L 5094
Here's an extremely rare. California "NO RUST" 1956 Chrysler New Yorker 4 Door Sedan VIN: N 56 L 5094. When I say California car I mean this Chrysler was built in Los Angeles CA ( SEE VIN: N 56 L 5094. "L" indicates that this car was built in LA. A) and live in California all its 58 years. I owned this car since 2006. It is very hard to find a "NO RUST" car like this one. This car has just been re-painted it's original Pink and White Colors. I had the engine updated with a good running fresh Spitfire V 8 Engine. This engine has a displacement of: 5425 cm 3 / 331. 1 cui. advertised power (Same as the original Hemi) : 168 k W / 225 hp / 228 PS ( SAE gross ). torque: 420 Nm / 310 lb-ft with a 2 Speed Power-Flite Automatic Transmission.
It's equipped with Power Windows. Power Steering. Power Brakes and Power seats. Due to my health. I won't be able to finish this project. I did not get to the original interior which is worn and will needs to be replaced. but it does have a Newly Restored Steering Wheel and a Great Padded Dash. Has working Gauges and it's in incredible condition for a 58 years old car! Has factory Hub Caps and good tires there is NO Rust or Body Damage.
