This is an outstanding and highly original example of the facelift version introduced in March 1975. These differ from previous models with front spoiler. revised gearbox. side body mouldings. driver's door mirror. revised hub caps. front seat head restraint provision. and seat belt warning light. Before my ownership the car was in a private collection for four years following two previous lady owners (one for 29 years). The car does not have overdrive.

Finished in the rare combination of Mimosa yellow with beige cloth upholstery. Fitted with optional front seat restarints. and full Zeibart rust protection from new. Complete with heritage certificate. previous logbooks and dvla history. Original handbook pack. service book. spare keys. tax disc holder and sales brochure. A full stainless steel exhaust is fitted. nearly new Goodyear tyres. MOT tested until August 2013 and taxed until September 2013. There is a very comprehensive service history.

During my ownership the car has benefited from all new ignition components. K & N performance air filters. new front brake calipers and uprated pads. passenger door mirror and Halogen Main/Dip outer headlamp beams (I retained the original 75 watt standard inner main beams). The interior is dry now that the underbonnet plenum chamber drain holes have been cleaned out! I have completed a 1500 mile European trip with no problems whatsoever.

This is a rare opportunity for the Triumph enthusiast. normally these cars can be very down at heel or have been subject to many poor quality repairs. This Triumph is still in lovely unmolested condition and needs to go to a genuine buyer who will appreciate it. Regretfully I now need to sell the car to make room for a very low mileage future classic which I have inherited.
