Another great truck to find its way into the St Andrews showroom. My personal favourite of all the fifties trucks with that unique chunky front end styling.
This rare big window truck is a very high spec. superbly finished & constructed machine. reputably built at the Boyd Coddington Rod Shop by a staff member for his own personal use.
The truck drives & handles like a modern vehicle and is offered today in immaculate order. Not to be confused with other inferior builds out there. You can really see & feel the difference
She is powered by a uprated 350 ci Corvette Tuned Port Injection engine with alloy heads. ia a smooth 700 R 9 4 speed overdrive box with Locar shifter. ffering brisk performance if required. ut also economy. s it cruises at 1500 rpm at motorway speeds. The engine sits in a clean & detailed engine bay. nd is fitted with high quality ancillaries. ustom headers & 3" exhaust.
The cab is fully trimmed with comfortable. electric leather seats. as a great Alpine sound system and even has Air-Conditioning & electric windows.
Suspension & drive train is provided by a fully refurbished '74 Camaro drive train with Air Ride adjustment. ower disc brakes & power steering.
The truck rides on genuine polished E/T Gasser alloys.
Rear bed features a hard cover. and is fully trimmed.
The super straight paint was applied by the respected Larry Ward and has some subtle pinstriping on the bonnet & Tailgate
