This is a one owner car.
It was restored by the gentleman's grandchildren as they knew he loved and took excellent care of it all his life.
The car spent nearly all of its life in Arizona and as a result needed virtually no body work.
It was sanded down to bare metal and repainted.
All the trim and chrome was replaced including the bumpers.
The interior was completely new as well as a new top.
The top is power and the top pump was rebuilt and the hydraulics gone through during the restoration. The tires and wheels are new.
The original engine was replaced with a 1996 Mustang GT 302 which is a great improvement over the original 289.
It has a new carb and electronic ignition and a completely new exhaust system.
The trunk is perfect and is filled with some of the many trophies this car has won over the years.
This a car you simply don't see very often.
It has been garaged its entire life and is ready to be driven.
Much money has been spent on the restoration and the new owner is sure to benefit from and the work that has been done.
I encourage anyone interested in this car to come and see it in person.

Local pickup is encouraged and delivery on Long Island. NY will be free of charge.
Outside of my local area shipping costs and the responsibility of the new owner but I will assist with locating a transporter.

Car has power steering. standard brakes and no AC.
all the fuel lines and filters were replaced two weeks ago.
