1968 Mercedes 280 SE W 111. Anthracite grey on red interior.
It was fully strip down. Engine and transmission was removed and the whole car was sandblasted till bare metal. It has all the original parts. the only thing not original is a aftermarket stereo head unit and 4 speakers. I have installed the stereo head unit in the glove compartment to keep the cars look original. Car has a salvage title but was never in a accident. i can email you pictures during the restoration process. before purchasing the car it had a clean title but since i bought the car from the auction without a dealer license the title became a salvage title i was not aware of it until i purchased it. The Car runs and drives great.
Things restored.
re-chromed moldings. grill. bumpers. emblems.
full newly upholstered O. E. M interior including front and back seats(top & bottom). front & back carpet. all 4 door panels. speedometer covered with leather. and a brand new original headliner
refinished steering wheel w/ red leather cap old paint removed. and whole body sand blasted Full paint job w/door jams and engine compartment (anthracite gray) brand new seals all around engine/transmission tuned up engine compartment clean-up
re-finished complete wood trim on dash bored. Message me with any questions.
