Chevrolet : Camaro SUPER SPORT

FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION: We have for sale a 1967 Camaro. the black paint is super nice. the black interior very good. the 327 engine runs sweet. the Turbo 350 automatic transmission is good. the car has power steering. disc brakes in front. rally wheels. BF Goodrich tires and more.

TITLE: Good title in hand with a VIN that matches.

HISTORY: I cannot tell you much. the was said to have gone from the south to Ohio. my car restorer friend bought the car and I bought it from him.

HAS THE CAR EVER BEEN IN AND ACCIDENT? I see no signs of a wreck. the sub frames look straight.

HOW IS THE PAINT: I don't think you will complain about the black paint!. The car is straight when you look down the sides. the black paint shines brillant. no rust bubbles. no dents. no dings. a couple of touched up chips that are very hard to see and if you look with a critical eye you see a super tiny spec. the paint is nice.

HOW IS THE INTERIOR? Good. but not all brand new. The headliner is very nice. the carpet good. the dash pad good. the seat covers good with no real wear. The worst thing I see is some loose steaching on the upper corner of the passengers seat.

WHAT IS THE ENGINE? I looked at the casting code and it is 3858180. thats a 327 cubic inch. It runs good with no knocks or rattles. It has full tube header. a Demon carburetor and is chrome out.

WHAT IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a Turbo 350 automatic that is good. It has a shifter that looks like a manual.

HOW IS THE CHROME? Bumpers have been replaced and look good. emblems good. door handles good. vent window chrome has minor pits. windshield and back window stainless have some minor scuffs and minor dings.

HOW IS THE GLASS? The windshield is clear with no wiper marks. the back window good. the some  has some rubbed marks near the rear about 1 inch wide and up and down. it due to being rolled up and down for many years.

HOW DOES THE CAR DRIVE? I think it drives good. it is power steering. It has bigger tires. they look great. but don't help the ride.

HOW DOES THE CAR STOP? Decent. it has disc brakes in front and drums in rear with a  power booster. The parking brake cables are gone to the rear wheels.

WHAT IS THE REAR-END END? Its a 10 bolt non positive traction with a good highway gearing. it has no whines or growls.

GAUGES: They are in a pod under the dash. old school way.

WIPERS WORK! GAS GAUGE WORKS!

 HORN IS WORKING!

NO RADIO! SPEEDOMETER WORKS!

DOES THE CAR LEAK AND FLUIDS? I have seen no puddles. but its like most old cars and will leaves drops on you clean floor.

HOW IS THE BODY FIT? The cowl hood fits good. the trunk gaps are not perfect. with the new trunk rubber the drivers side back corner is up. with it off its much better. You could put tinner trunk rubber or just give the old rubber time to compress. The passengers door is out a little at the bottom corner. I think the floors are original. the drivers quarter panel may have been replaced. its hard to tell because if it was it was done nice.

DOES THE CAR HAVE ANY BONDO/BODY FILLER? I see no bubbles or cracks. but I don't think I have ever seen a car with out some.

NOTE: The car has frame connectors. this is a real good thing. Frame connectors connect the front and rear sub frames to make the car stronger. The car also has a connector at the rear above the rear end. its for support and mounts the shocks and traction bars.

WHAT IS THE EXHAUST SYSTEM? Full tube headers (not coated) with some real good sounding stainless steel mufflers with turn downs. The car has the deep Muscle Car sound.

HOW ARE THE WHEELS AND TIRES? The Rally wheels look good. the BF Goodrich tires are not brand new. but have lots of tread left.

DOES THE LIGHTS WORK? The headlights work. the tail lights work. the turn signals work.

DID YOU RESTORE THIS CAR? No. I am a retired auto mechanics instructor and restore car. but we just fixed minor things and buffed the car.

WILL YOU SELL THE CAR OFF EBAY MOTORS? Yes I will. I'm not crazy. I want to sell the car. I know lots of you guys are not registered on ebay or have a paypal account.
