For sale is a 1950 Chevrolet Rat Rod Style Resto-Mod. The engine is a 454 cubic inch V-8 rebuilt with mild camming. Weiland intake. Holley 650 4 BBL Carburetor. MSD Distributor/Ignition. Cool -It Aluminum Radiator. The transmission is a rebuilt 350 Turbo Hydromatic 3 -speed. The truck also has a mid 80's Pontiac rear axle with disc brake package and mono leaf rear suspension. The front axle is a mid 80's Camaro front frame clip with independent front suspension. disc brakes. spiced into the full stock 1950 frame. boxed as necessary. Full swing pedal assembly incorporated for the Hydro-Boost power steering. Wheels on the vehicle are Chrome American Racing with 14" National radial tires. Exhaust is 3" dual piping. cast headers. bullet style mufflers. The roof of the truck is chopped 4". as well as both doors. which are designed to be glass free. with shaved door handles. It also has a custom cut. postless. vee'd front tinted windshield and tinted rear back window with third brake light. The hood has been narrowed and decked. The bed of the truck incorporates polished aluminum diamond plate. with a beer keg gas tank mounted at the front bed wall. The entire body is painted with a flat beige hue. Headlights are of the Tri Lense type. with 1939 Mercury tail lights. The truck has rubber floor mats with a tall Lokar shifter and matching boot. Gauges include a VDO Speedometer.
