The 450 SEL is one of the most popular Mercedes ever built. Striking lines accompanied by the perfect amount of chrome and beautiful colors made these cars a hit. Mix in top of the line luxury and you have a real winner! Our Mercedes was ordered in Blue Metallic and features a blue interior as well. Repainted several years ago. the exterior of this car still shines well. but does have a few tired spots as noted in the pictures. This car also has the euro headlights and the chrome and glass is all in great condition. Inward you'll find the front seats to be in good condition with the drivers bolster showing more wear. The rear seats look to be barely used and feature new padding and springs. but retain the original seat covers. This car features the original Becker AM/FM Radio. power windows. power locks. power sunroof. and air conditioning.

Sharing the same engine as the 450 SL. the SEL has plenty of power at it's disposal. Featuring a fuel injected. 4. 5-liter V8 the 450 SEL makes 190 horsepower and is backed by a three-speed automatic transmission. Other drive train features include independent suspension and disc brakes all round. Recent service includes new brakes. new resonators. and fresh fluids. This is by far. one of the best driving classic Mercedes we've ever had.
