REAL 500 HEMI ORANGE HEAR VIDEO RARE AS PLYMOUTH GTX GT

Hi. you are viewing a beautiful Show Quality 1970 Charger 500 done as a General Lee. This is an original and real Charger 500 with the factory console and bucket seats (most Chargers were bench seats and steering column shift). The paint and body on this car is Absolutely Incredible. It is very. ery rare for these large cars to be Super Straight like this one is. The paint job is also very High Quality. Even both of the bumpers and all of the trim and emblems are in incredibly beautiful condition (check out the condition of the original gas cap. they are almost always checked or pitted. ). This Charger has NO Rust and NO bubbles (like theses all seem to have). and I mean none ! The underbody is super nice as well. Most of these cars were very abused and are wavy. I have looked at a LOT of these thru the years and I have never see another as straight and nice as this. A friend of mine bought a General Lee replica a couple of years ago from one of those places that builds one for you . nd lets just say we were both very shocked when he received it and I don't mean in a good way ! But that poor to average condition is very typical for these old Chargers. That is not the case here. If you bought a decent Charger to begin with. you could not restore it and turn it into this car for anywhere near the amount of money I am selling it for (besides the time and labor factors). Just a decent one is bringing silly money today.    Ok. mechanically this car is superb also. It runs and drives as good as it looks. it is so tight and solid. Originally it was a 383 and somewhere along the line somebody put in a rebuilt 318. The last owner told me that he wanted to put a 383 or 440 in it (he even had a 440 engine). ut after driving it. he said it ran and drove SO great and had plenty of power and great sounding exhaust. that he just couldn't see changing it. While speaking over the phone with him. my thoughts were the same as his original thoughts ( I thought. I am going to change it to a big block). But once I got the car. I realized exactly what he meant. it just runs too good. has lots of power. sounds just like a General Lee should (and it is even pretty darn good on gas). In my opinion. he was right after all . here is just no reason to change it. It also has hidden headlights and they work. Even the Original Radio. key buzzer. all lights (and interior) and turn signals. all gauges. fan and heater. (even clock sometimes. f you restart it after sitting awhile) all work as they should. It has a complete front to back brand new flowmaster exhaust system with the correct RT type exhaust tips and hangers and sounds fantastic (Hear Video). The engine. rans. rakes. teering(and fresh alignment). nd suspension all perform beautifully. It is a pure pleasure to drive too.    Ok. I was saving the very best part for last. I am a car collector for many years and have had a huge variety of special cars and I can honestly tell you that driving this car is an experience second to none. And by that I mean there is no other car that gets people as crazy anytime and anywhere as this car does. You learn exactly how a huge movie star feels. Every place in this country (actually the world) people endlessly Yell and Cheer and Clap (even huge groups ALL AT ONCE) and yell Dukes. and General Lee and Do The Horn (yes. it has it) and want to endlessly pose with it (a lot of people even try to get you to stop for pictures while you are driving). You truly are driving a HUGE movie star. It is absolutely unbelievable ! If you take it to a car show. be prepared to be the hit of the show. the crowd will be yours. I want to give an example of what I mean. I was driving behind a new Lamborghini in a crowded downtown area (in wealthy Palm Beach. ) and everywhere we went people went crazy and cheered. screamed. etc. as usual. After about 10 minutes the Lamborghini pulled over and rolled down his window and when we pulled next to him he laughingly said to us. I couldn't believe it. I have never had crowds of people go crazy over my Lamborghini like this before. I was loving every second of it until I heard somebody yell General Lee and I saw you guys behind me and realized it was all for you and not me !
