I have decided to sell one vehicle to make room for another.

Up here is an extremely clean award winning rare 1958 Empi 4 seat Sportster.

Empi VW (Volkswagen) based steel body dune (Trail)  buggy is considered the first to make them.

This one was one of the few ordered to be four seater.

It is a joy (Ren and Stimpy) to drive and is very low mile and era correct equipped

Highlights are as follows:

Empi Sportster four Seater

1200 cc engine in excellent condition (2931490 engine number)

4 speed original Crash Box Transmission was synchronized (makes it very nice at stop signs)

6 volt system new battery

Front spindles/Brakes are from early Porsche 356 having extra wheel cylinders and aluminum drums so it stop on a dime

Era correct old stock mint tires

All gauges and steering wheel are era correct original

Convertible top excellent thought plastic zip window is not perfectly clear

Even has a factory VW lighter

Front windshield folds down

It is a blast to drive. you will win every show your in. and if you are into offroading this is ideal for hanging out in the desert for going to the store since it is street legal and seats four.

It is a smile for every mile. If i sell another car i will pull this one. It is really cool 50-60's time warp
