For Sale: Very rare 69 Cougar "R" code Eliminator 428 CJ with Ram Air & 4 speed manual trans w/Hurst shifter (non secretary car) with PS & PB.
This was a one owner car for almost 40 yrs out of Chicago IL.
This car is mostly original with 45. 00 miles car except for updated repaint in the Summer of 2010.
The engine. transmission & driveline have never been out of the car. This is a fully document car. with Deluxe Marti Report. original Bill of Sale. two built sheets and original owner's manual including Ford warranty card.
All original comfort weave seats. original carpet. dash pad etc.
Note : These extremly desirable "R" code Eliminator Cougars were only available in 1969 & not available in 1970 making them extra rare.
Note : Front & Rear spoilers were ship in the trunk from the manufacture so not to get damage in transit to the dealership. The front & rear spoilers on this car were never install at the dealership when the car was delivered to the original owner.

New 3 wire 8000 rpm tach.
Freshly rebuilt clock.
Original distributor with upgrade Pertronics & coil.
New cobra steering wheel (I still have the original Cougar rim blow steering wheel in nice shape in a box) New wheels & tires. New mufflers & tail pipes. New power steering pump.
