Hello. I am selling my 1973 GMC 2500 Single Cab Long Bed. I have had it since 2008. it was my trailer puller for bringing cars to car shows and general use.

I am selling it because i have come upon a slightly newer replacement pickup.

This has been a very good truck to me.
The ignition was converted from points to HEI. it runs good.

The transmission and clutch are healthy and adjusted properly. the brakes seem to work fine.

There are no known mechanical problems with the pickup.

It does need a muffler as it is loud on one of the tailpipes.

The A/C components are all new but it needs an annual re-charge to work again.

It has cab lights and factory gauges.

Rear Axle ratio is 3. 73 which i found to be perfect all around.
Mileage reads 49. 00. almost 50. 00. and the odometer has always worked.

I haven't put over 5. 00 miles on it in the time i have owned it.

The previous owner had it awhile and swore up and down this is the actual mileage. it sure runs and drives like it. not worn out. just used.

However I have no documentation to prove the odometer hasn't rolled over making it 149. 00. but if this is the case. it has worn exceptionally well. with just normal 40 year old wear to the paint.

I believe 49. 00 to be the actual miles. but i can't prove it as the odometer doesn't hold the extra digit.
