Bella Bus is For Sale.

It's a sad moment but unfortunately needs must. /p>

Bella is a 1960 Split Screen Kombi that has had an extensive rebuild and modernisation.

She is a rock solid Californian bus with the following mods and upgrades:

SSP(VW Heritage)1776cc turnkey engine that has just been run in. fitted with twin Weber 40 IDF's. which makes her performance outstanding.

CSP bell crank linkage. nbsp;Stainless tuck-away exhaust. Deep Sump. Remote Oil Cooler and Filter.

Creative Engineering IRS lowered with a crisp and dependable remanufactured 1303s Gearbox.

All the gear selector linkages. bushes and seals have recently been replaced and selection is easy and precise.  

Bay front beam. lowered with all new bushes. ball joints. seals and linkages. steering is solid and responsive.

She rolls on wide 356 rims and a big-n-small Conti tyre combo all with deep treads.

Her interior is a minimalistic but very functional full width Rock-n-Roll bed all trimmed in ivory tuck and roll to match the front.

She has 12v interior lighting and 240v power from either the leisure battery or hook-up.

A quality surround sound CD stereo system makes her a joy to cruise in.

Her ride is outstanding. precise and comfortable and she is very economical to drive. she will take you from lands end to John'O'Groats in style and with no problems what so ever.

She has 12 months Tax and MOT and need nothing just driving and loving as we have.   

Before we bought Bella. I searched high and low for a quality split screen and saw all manor of tatt and trash which sellers were passing off as special.   Lets say. not everyone has the same expectations when it comes to quality.

Bella is finished in a satin sheen  pearl white over french blue paintwork which is a pretty period colourway that is very practical and resilient in the UK's wonderful climate.

Included is a Just Kampers drive away awning. which is very practical.  

Now the boring bit.
