Jaguar 1951 XK120 Open Two Seater for sale

This is a true upper state New York fully matching number XK 120 barn find.
It was sitting in a barn on jack stands for 35 years.
It is a two owner vehicle. the most recent owner passed away and the family sold the car.
The engine turns freely and you can see in the photos it is an early edition car with the smooth cam covers. the chrome side lights on the top of the fenders and there are quite a few more small details indicating the early edition features.
The body on the car is in excellent shape. the frame is super dry.
When we received the car in the body was stripped of all paint. so a brown primer is on the car to protect the open metal.
This XK 120 originally was Sherwood Green. with a green interior.
There are very few parts missing.
What we can see missing is the rear skirts. the cigarette lighter. the jack. the tools. the spare wheel. the emblem that sits on the dash in front of the passenger seat and the side curtains.
If you don't see something in the photos it is missing. In the photos you will notice two boxes of miscellaneous pieces that come with the car.
Two of the tires are the original Dunlops.
This could be an original 10. 00 mile car as indicated on the odometer.
The buyer of this car will be very impressed with everything on this XK 120.
Obviously the car will need to be restored.
It rolls. steers and goes into gear so it can be transported easily.
