Up for sale is a 1989 Honda CRX. The engine has been fully rebuilt. It was taken to a local machine shop where they honed the cylinders. decked the head and lapped the valves. The crank was polished and all of the bearings. pistons and rings were replaced. There's a new water pump. oil pump. belts. ect… A lot of components have been replaced over the two years I've owned the car. The chassis has 265. 00 miles on it. The Engine has less than 3000 miles since the rebuild.

Back Story:

I purchased this car to use a daily driver. After owning the vehicle for a few days I noticed the original engine was burning oil and required a rebuild.  Instead of rebuilding the 60hp HF engine I purchased and rebuilt a D16Z6.  This has been my project car for the past two years. I've enjoyed working on it and I've spent hundreds of hours building the engine. replacing old parts. painting the interior and engine bay. My goal was to completely transform this car into a car anyone would be proud to drive. I've spent thousands of dollars and there's still more to do. I don't have the passion to spend the next few years perfecting this project. You can pick up where I left off and save yourself thousands by buying this CRX.
