Our vehicles are titled (unless otherwise stated) in the state of Arizona and meet ALL Arizona laws of inspection. title. and lic. Furthermore. buyer has the responsibility to know their individual state's tax requirements and to pay those based on those laws. Finally. a buyer may be subject to state and federal taxes and this falls purely on the shoulders of the buyer. Each state has it's own tax requirements and we are only familiar with Arizona. wire within 48 hours of auction end. Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining

balance within 7 days of auction end. All checks must clear before delivery can

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I can help with aligning a shipper or can provide delivery myself for an agreed upon fee. If a shipper is to pick this vehicle up for you then a written permission letter will need to be provided by you giving me permission to release the vehicle to a third party.
