Here i have for auction my beloved 1981 Maserati Merak SSI found it sitting in a chaps garage and thought to myself that it needs to be out of the garage and driven so i bought it from himWell that was 4 years ago and all it has done since i bought it is sit in my garage. so its time that somebody bought it off me and put it back on the roadIt is in very original condition and when i got it i drove it straight to the garage for an MOT but it failed on some welding that was in such an awkward place that i had to strip half the car down just to be able to get to the holesand that is pretty much as far as i have got. I have started welding it up but have run out of money and enthusiasm so it needs to be owned by somebody who will love it and get it back on the roadIt does run and drive but you will have to trust me on this as i have taken the exhausts. starter motor . fuel tanks . and various other bits off to get to where it needs to be weldedI have been in two minds weather to sell it or not so i have decided to advertise it on ebay and if the bidding reached the reserve i will say goodbye to it. If it doesn't meet the reserve i will put it back in the garage and finish it one dayPlease don't think that im going to give it away . i know roughly what its worth and am going to hold out for the right price  ie don't send me questions offering me £1000 because i will not answer youi am however happy to answer any genuiain questions you may have
If you are luck enough to buy it from me i will only accept cleared funds into my bank account before you pick the car up No PayPal !
