up for reluctant sale my 1968 998 Austin mini cooper mark 2. i have owned this for nearly six years and due to me downsizing my collection it has to go. it will need to be trailered away as it has been stored for five years. it was restored a few years ago and although basically solid it now needs some bodywork. nbsp;a doorskin some welding in the boot and a respray. the previous owner fitted an 1100 engine but I have sourced a correct replacement in excellent condition. not fitted.  the black interior is in good condition although it needs a passenger seat and has a non standard steering wheel. it has the original 7" brakes and I have some new discs to go with the car. the  has been changed to dry suspension by the previous owner. before anyone asks I have not applied for a heritage certificate it has the correct body and chassis numbers and states mini cooper on the v5. i have the standard wheels and the s wheels fitted to it in the pictures do not come with it.
