TOTALLY ORIGINAL SAAB 900 TURBO CONVERTIBLE



This car was driven from new until 1996 to a mileage of 50333. after that it was stored in a shed only to come out for MOT's and servicing annually.   It was owned by my wife's boss who passed away last year leaving it to a close friend.   I then bought the car from them with a view to using it for a bit of fun when the sun shone but I just don't have the room in my garage to house 2 vehicles - I need some space back!


The only downside I can see with this car is that the service history was lost during the house clearance!  I do have some of the handbooks and a Saab Insurance booklet showing the mileage at 50333 in January 1996.   I also have MOT history for 2005 showing 50772. nothing unfortunately for 2006. 2007 - MOT showing 50789. nbsp; 2008 - MOT showing 50795 and then SORN receipts for 2009 /10. 2010 /11. 2011 / 12 and a present MOT showing 50806. This aside I think the condition of the car should demonstrate the life it's had.   Having been sat idle for a few years it required a replacement fuel pump. battery. break hoses and some general lubrication (it has been serviced).   I haven't put 50 miles on the clock yet since ownership so it could do with a little more driving to loosen things up but generally speaking it does drive very well.
