1927 CHRYSLER 60 for sale

This is a Rare right-hand drive Chrysler 60. Straight 6 2955 cc engine giving 54 brake h/power. Max speed in excess of 60 mph. Acceleration of 5 to 25 mph in 7. 75 seconds. Three speed gearbox. 6 volt electric system. Wooden 'Artillery' wheels. 5 good tyres.

This Chrysler was exported to New Zealand in 1927 and was used as a demonstrator for a dealer in Christchurch. It was sold in November 1928 and used regularly until 1956. It was stored until 1963 when it underwent a full restoration The car was brought to the UK in 1993. I have used the car for weddings and is a joy to drive. Easy starting and runs on unleaded fuel with no additives. The body condition is very good. with only a few small 'nicks' to the paintwork. This is a very rare right hand drive Chrysler and may not be another of this model available to purchase for a very long time. I have a lot of history and details from The Vintage Car Club of New Zealand giving full details of the car. There are some photo's from N Z showing some of the restoration. and the original instruction book. My reason for selling is that I have another Tourer and for wedding hire I need a saloon to offer if the good old English weather is inclement.
