1956 Bentley S1, very nice condition and low reserve for sale

This 1956 Bentley S 1 was originally registered in June of that year and sold to the Rt. Hon. Viscount Rothermere.
Ownership then passed to AJ Siris Products of Lanchester in 1959.
The history then goes a little vague with the car spending time doing embassy work in South Africa and finally ending up in the USA. Here it was treated to a light re-commissioning and then sold to and repatriated by its current owner.
Since its return to the UK it has had an Mo T. new tyres and the front seat has been re-trimmed in leather.
The original registration number has been retained. all duty paid and the car really is ready to go.
There are one or two small jobs that could be done (including remounting the wiper motor) but nothing major.
On the whole a very good car for an excellent price. please call if you have any questions or want to view the car.
