Recently imported from California is this very pretty little Karmann Ghia coupe. This car was actually in daily use in California right up until September of last year when I bought it and was wearing current 2014 tags. It appears to have had one re-paint. probably many years ago but still looks lovely with only a couple of tiny blisters showing as illustrated in the last picture. a couple of the front 'California' bumper bars will require re-chroming and there are a few other minor imperfections but it is however a beautiful looking car with even door gaps and nice shut lines. Open the doors and one is greeted with what appears to be a nice original interior. and with the exception of a seam that has separated the seats look great. the lower dash pad has suffered from the California heat and there are a couple of marks on the headlining as can be seen in picture 10. All in all a lovely little car that can only appreciate in value whilst ready to enjoy immediately. I have all reg docs. MOT etc in hand plus masses of service history bills and repair invoices. even the original VW service book. This car was used by a lovely couple from Monterey for many years as a vacation car and enjoyed taking many trips up to lake Tahoe. San Francisco and Las Vegas. Delivery can be arranged subject of course to full prior payment. Payment will please be via bank transfer to my company account. I will only accept a small amount of cash for a holding deposit which in all cases is non refundable.
