1957 Chevrolet 3100 pickup V8 project

This listing is for my 1957 Chevy 3100 short wheelbase half ton stepside pickup. It is a full project having been off the road for some time. but is an original V 8 truck and the guy I bought it from says it will run. It has a manual 4 speed floor shift gearbox. You will notice in the pics that the hood doesn't fit right. that is because it's from a '58. but the truck will come with a proper '57 hood fitted. The steering column only needs bolted back into place. It is very solid all round and will be an easy project. It is currently in California. and if anybody shows interest soon. it will go in the next container loading soon. It will come with a UK reg number. and I will give a full description after it lands here. The truck is shown in pics 1 to 4. and I wont have nay more till it comes over here.

I've priced this as keenly as I can. so no offers please. no part ex and no swaps. just money. Payment can be by cash on collection or a bank transfer or cheque. I can arrange delivery no problem at good rates from a reputable car carrier. e. g. Essex for about £300.

Pic 5 is of a '57 Chevy step van which would make a kool and unusual rod or 'shop truck. It is already loaded and sailing. should be here end April. It has a full alloy body. but no engine or transmission.

Pics 6 to 10 are of a '58 Chevy Apache 31 swb pickup with the big back window. It has a 6 cylinder 235 engine which I'm told doesn't run but turns over. From experience. it should run then with little work. You will see that the bed is in bits as it was taken apart for restoration and the project stalled. We will reassemble the bed. wings. etc before selling it. As with the '57 truck above. it is currently awaiting shipping and the more interest we have in it. the quicker we will load it.

Pics 11 and 12 are of a '62 Chevy C 10. V 8 truck that is already loaded and ready to sail. A full description will follow as soon as it arrives and April.
