1987 Toyota MR 2 MK 1, 114,000 Miles, MOT'd until July 2022.

This is a UK model car in great condition, ready to be driven away and enjoyed. It has recently been restored by an MR 2 enthusiast and presents very well.

The bodywork is in good shape having been recently repainted in its original ‘Dark Blue Pearl'. There are some minor imperfections in paintwork, but generally it is a very tidy car.

The original alloy wheels have been professionally refurbished and fitted with new tyres. The brakes and suspension have also been checked over and any worn parts replaced.

The engine is Toyota's legendary 4 A-GE 1600 cc 16 v unit and starts and runs perfectly. It has recently been serviced and fitted with a new timing belt kit, and it pulls very well with no smoke or rattles. The gearbox shifts well and the clutch is great, having recently been replaced along with the master cylinder and slave cylinder.

The car is sold with its original handbook and a file of photographs from the restoration, showing the body repairs and mechanical work.
